Okay okay, we back and we rolling. Yesterday was a speedbump, but today flowed better. We started off with getting our emergency exit sign installed, Yakawa-san came with his electrician, and that went bing bong boop.
We decided to blast to Obihiro after, it was already afternoon, but I was keen to get those sink parts, so we can finally get that finished up. Unfortunately Joyful AK was short a couple of the parts we needed, but again, shoganai. I will keep those faucets installed, and fortunately, it is only connecting our pex line, to our flexible hose on the faucet, and it will be in a relatively accessible space to access from the bottom.
While we were in Joyful AK, we got the notification that Denise passed the minpaku license test, which was a huge relief. We failed the first time, but now we passed, so we can proceed on with that. Big big win on that front
We ended up hitting a few thrift stores then. It is Golden Week here in Japan, so they are running some sales. We went to an outdoor goods one first, and got some sweet camp chairs, a pizza stone, and a grill for our charcoal bbq. All 20% of too. We then went to a more general purpose one, and we were poking around for some stationary and things like that, we ended up finding a new friend, Sylvia, a dracaena. She lives in the corner now. They also were having a sale on refrigerators, for 50% off, so we got a couple of really nice fridges, which we were needing, since the fridges that came with the purchase were either quite gross, or broken. So we scored a super sick deal on those too.
I'm hyping.
have a great day n wakaranai.
